Marc Weissman is a partner of the firm. His practice focuses on litigation, estate planning, commercial transactions, real estate and the financial aspects of divorce matters.
He supervises many aspects of the litigation department, including the handling of defense of personal injury actions for insurance carriers and self insured entities and all subrogation matters. He also supervises the preparation of loan documents for institutional lenders in making secured loans to New York City Taxi Medallion Owners.
Marc is involved with Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Estate Litigation. Marc is also involved in the litigation of the financial aspects of matrimonial matters where he is able to utilize his skills as a former Certified Public Accountant. Marc was a Certified Public Accountant from 1993 through approximately 2000.
